California Assembly (AB1200) &
Colorado (HB1345) Cookware Disclosure
At Henning Lee, we endeavor to comply with all laws pertaining to our products.
California’s AB 1200 requires manufacturers of listed consumer goods to make disclosures about their products based on whether particular chemicals are intentionally added to the products’ food contact components.
As of January 1, 2024, manufacturers of cookware sold in California containing one or more intentionally added chemicals from the designated list of chemicals are required to identify those chemicals on the product label.
“Intentionally added” means the manufacturer has intentionally added the chemical to the product and the chemical has a functional effect in the product. The information below is to identify the items for which the disclosure is required.
Henning Lee takes great pride in the safety and quality of our products. We have no reason to believe that any of our products present a health risk. The products identified below comply with the relevant limits and rules established by the federal Food and Drug Administration, including the relevant requirements of Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations governing the safe use of product parts in direct contact with food.
